Mac Capital Investments acquires single-family and multifamily homes, vacant land, infill lots, development and redevelopment sites, distressed and inherited properties, and rental portfolios — directly, with our own capital. We also evaluate and participate in development, and we partner with investors and developers on joint ventures. Our reach is nationwide; our execution is focused on a small set of active markets.
